Disappointed

Customizaholic was initially very nice to deal with. Joe from customer service was attentive and responsive. They sent me a mock up of the blanket and I made some changes, such as spelling mistakes and positioning. I wanted to make 1 more change but when I reached out to Joe I was told that the blanket had been sent to print and they couldn't make any more changes. I thought this was strange as I never received an email from Joe confirming that I was 100 percent happy with the blanket and that they could print it. It was important to me that the blanket was perfect as it was a memorial blanket for my friend who lost her 19yr old son in December. When I brought this up with Joe he apologized and offered me a 10% discount on my order. Joe then went silent and I haven't heard from him since. I thought I had been scammed. Fortunately the blanket did arrive, and it turned out nicely. Customizaholic should make it clear that you are only allowed to make changes once, if that is their policy. Furthermore, I never received the 10% discount as promised.
