Exchange, Refund, and Return Policy
Cancellation or Modification
- You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- Once your order enters the printing process or exceeds the 24-hour window, cancellations or modifications cannot be accepted.
30-Day Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery for returns, refunds, or exchanges if your item does not meet the description or arrives with issues.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
- Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g., receipt, images of the product, packaging, and proof of delivery).
- Applies to full-price purchases only.
- Items can only be exchanged for products of the same price.
Non-Returnable Cases:
- Sale or discounted items.
- Items beyond the 30-day return window.
Shipping for Returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance.
Process for Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

Submit a Request:
- Email us at support@customizaholic.com using the email associated with your order.
- Include your order number, description of the issue, and evidence such as photos or an unboxing video.

Approval:
- We will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days.

- If approved, ship the item back to our warehouse:

Replacement or Refund:
- Approved exchanges will be processed immediately after confirmation.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or faulty item, there is no need to return it.
- Please email us with photos showing the damage.
- Once verified, we will send a free replacement.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
- If the item is out of stock, a full refund (including shipping fees) will be provided.
Additional Notes
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
- No returns or exchanges after 30 days.
